Clifton Patient Care Coordinator
Lesa first came to River Valley PT as a patient at our Bradley facility. When the Office Assistant position became available at our Clifton location, she jumped at the chance to join the staff of RVPT. Prior to employment at our facility, Lesa worked in the insurance field, paying claims for Cigna and UHC for a combined total of over 20 years. As a former patient, she knows the benefits of receiving quality care and is more than happy to answer patient's questions about what their experience will be like. Lesa is a life-time resident of the Clifton community, serving as the Town Clerk since the spring of 2021. She resides in Clifton with her fiancee Kurt and 4 children.

Over 20 years experience in the Insurance Field, having previously paid claims for both Cigna and United HealthCare. Experience includes insurance billing, authorizations, scheduling, and claim payments.

What led you to Health Care at RVPT?
Working in the Clifton office gave me flexibility to also be at home with my kids when I needed to be. The Part time position was what I needed as a mom with 4 kids.
What is something people may be surprised to learn about you?
I love the ocean and river. I love to water ski and set a personal goal for myself to water ski at least once a year.
What would your perfect afternoon off include?
My perfect afternoon off would find me boating at the Lake with my family and swimming. We'd end the day with a bike ride and a night of tasty snacks and playing games as a family.
