Get To Know Me
What led you to the Health Care Field and RVPT?
When I was a young child, my mother worked at Easter Seals and I loved all of the “fun toys” in the therapy gym. As an adult I eventually became a massage therapist which led me back around to physical therapy. I am a caretaker by nature, and working in massage therapy evolved into wanting to empower people to manage their pain, injuries, and a variety of other conditions independently through physical therapy. RVPT has lots of great toys!
What is something people may be surprised to learn about you?
I love going to concerts with my adult children and discovering new-to-me music that I absolutely fall in love with in a variety of genres including punk, heavy metal, and dubstep. The louder the base the more I love it!
What would your perfect afternoon off include?
Ambling along a mountain trail or on a beach while vacationing with my family and my dog. If not on vacation, then spending a little time outside with my dog, eating some yummy food, and either reading a good book or binging shows. Bring on the magic!
